Have "Stop After First Match" name lookup option available in Domino Web Access

Technote Number: 1169811

Problem:
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# KTOT5E6NS9, and a
notes.ini variable to provide functionality somewhat similar to that of the
Notes client was added in Domino 6.5.3. To change the name lookup behavior for
Domino Web Access users, add iNotes_WA_DisableExhaustiveNameLookup=1 to the
notes.ini file on the Domino server.

Excerpt from the Lotus Notes and Domino Release 6.5.3 fix list (available at
http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/lotus):
SPR# KTOT5E6NS9 - The Notes.ini variable
iNotes_WA_DisableExhaustiveNameLookup=1 will disable a namelookup call. This
flag doesn't mean that only one entry can be found as the result of namelookup.
It means that once name lookup finds the entries, name lookup won't search in
any other directories. So when exhaustive lookup is disabled and you perform a
lookup for "user" and there are some names such as "user1", "user2"... in the
primary domino directory, the ambiguous name dialog will appear for them.

If there is no entry such as "user.." in the primary domino directory, name
lookup will search in other directories such as the condensed directory
catalog, extended directory catalog, or LDAP. Then once the entry is found,
lookup will stop.

An additional enhancement request to make the behavior exactly identical to the
Notes client has been submitted as SPR# JCOS652K5Q.
